I booked two hotel rooms for three days and two nights, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience. However, several issues arose during our stay that significantly impacted our enjoyment. Firstly, upon arrival, we discovered that the hair dryer in our room was not working. Despite contacting the front desk and having maintenance come to inspect the issue, the problem was not resolved. We requested a spare hair dryer but were informed that none were available, leaving us unable to dry our hair before bedtime. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the lack of alternative solutions provided by staff. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with noticeable dust accumulation and mosquitoes flying around. This detracted from our overall comfort and made our stay less pleasant than anticipated. Additionally, when my sister requested an extra blanket, she was informed that there would be a charge of 100 baht per night. We found this policy to be unreasonable and unexpected, as such amenities are typically provided without additional cost in reputable hotels. Overall, our experience at this hotel fell far short of our expectations, and we feel compelled to bring these issues to their attention. We hope that they will take our feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address these concerns to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The hotel was perfect for families. Price was cheap. The room was clean and spacious. Really comfortable mattress and TV with many channels. Staff was friendly and helpful too. There is a 7-Eleven just beside the hotel and opposite the hotel is Butterfly Cafe and Kaitod Decha. The hotel was also near to Lee Garden Plaza. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

this establishment is starting to date. the rooms are clean to the standard of an old European 2 stars. the bedding is very hard, you should know. if you ask for an extra pillow you will have to pay extra. everything is extra. about breakfast you have the choice between 3 dishes that are quite ok but if instead you just want to drink a coffee with a croissant you will have to pay an extra 150 baths. it is totally incomprehensible!! in short this hotel enjoys an easy access location, it is a good price/ quality ratio but comfort is a bit simple compared to our European standards.

About +-3.6km from Lee Garden Night Market. Located nearby 7e, halal and non halal restaurants walking distance. Parking space may not be enough but you can park along the roadside. A 7 storey building with lift. Reception is at G floor and a restaurant at L floor. Rooms from 1st to 7 floors. In room there is a jug kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge, television, toiletries and 2 bottles of drinking water. Breakfast cost TB95 per person. Staffs are friendly and speaks English. Prices are cheaper on weekdays. Overall it was a nice stay and worth the money.
